According to one of Choopan&#8217;s elite peers, the Iranian athlete <a data-lasso-id=\"246676\" href=\"https:\/\/breakingmuscle.com\/hadi-choopan-ripped-physique-update-2023-mr-olympia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">will add another Olympia notch to his belt<\/a> in November 2023 in Orlando, FL. <\/p>\n<p>On Apr. 30, 2023, fellow professional bodybuilder William Bonac appeared on a podcast with <em>Muscle and Fitness<\/em>. With a greater aim on a chiseled physique and overall symmetry, it&#8217;s here that Bonac explains such criteria could potentially be beneficial to Choopan&#8217;s repeat chances. <\/p>\n<p>In fact, with former 212 competitors like Derek Lunsford <a data-lasso-id=\"246683\" href=\"https:\/\/breakingmuscle.com\/nick-walker-derek-lunsford-2023-mr-olympia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">starting to thrive in the heavier Men&#8217;s Open class<\/a>, Bonac (who began his own competitive career in the 212 division) maintains that&#8217;s because aesthetic is becoming more vital for Mr. Olympia success. Notably, Choopan&#8217;s first professional victory was in the 212 division at the 2018 Portugal Pro before transitioning to the Men&#8217;s Open division in 2019.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>&#8220;A lot of 212 guys are doing very good in the [Men&#8217;s] Open class,&#8221; Bonac said. &#8220;That\u2019s something that I\u2019ve noticed. They\u2019re extremely good, maybe because they don\u2019t look as big as Big Ramy [<a data-lasso-id=\"246684\" href=\"https:\/\/breakingmuscle.com\/mamdouh-big-ramy-elssbiay-reaction-loss-2022-mr-olympia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mamdouh Elssbiay<\/a>], those &#8216;mass monsters.&#8217;<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>I think [the judges are] trying to go away from that.\u00a0Not to say they are little guys, you understand. I also see that they are rewarding the taller guys. The few <a href=\"https:\/\/breakingmuscle.com\/best-exercises-for-tall-people\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-lasso-id=\"246915\">taller guys<\/a> we have with beautiful aesthetics, that\u2019s a good thing as well.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>When prompted by legendary trainer <a href=\"https:\/\/breakingmuscle.com\/mamdouh-big-ramy-elssbiay-potential-win-2023-arnold-classic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-lasso-id=\"246685\">Milo\u0161 \u0160ar\u010dev<\/a>, Bonac didn&#8217;t mince his words. <\/p>\n<p>The athlete thinks Choopan is the current cream of the bodybuilding crop when it comes to <a href=\"https:\/\/breakingmuscle.com\/how-to-burn-fat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-lasso-id=\"246916\">being shredded<\/a>. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s [Choopan] next level,&#8221; Bonac explained. &#8220;Even with the pump up, when you stop pumping up, then he will come alive. The more he pumps up, the freakier he gets &#8230; I think honestly \u2026 last year or the year before the [2021] Olympia that he didn\u2019t win, he looked way better. If he came in with that shape even now, that wasn\u2019t even his best shape and he won it.
