Hi friends! Happy Friday and Happy Halloween! What are your plans tonight? Are you taking the kiddos trick-or-treating or going to any parties? We\u2019re having tacos here at the house with my brother and some friends, trick-or-treating around the neighborhood, and I\u2019m counting down until I can decorate for Christmas.<\/p>\n

We carved pumpkins and watched\u00a0Coco\u00a0<\/em>last night:<\/p>\n

Fashion + beauty + random:<\/h3>\n

P\u2019s 10th birthday! This little lady turned 10 this weekend and I can\u2019t even believe. 10 hits hard! It feels like just yesterday that we were taking a hamburger pi\u00f1ata to the Kleigers\u2019 in the middle of the night. (Her birth story part 1 is here<\/a> and part 2 is here!<\/a>)<\/p>\n

She\u2019s athletic, brilliant, kind, inquisitive, and silly. She asks great (and sometimes challenging!) questions, genuinely wants to help everyone, and is always down for a game of h-o-r-s-e, a family adventure, or a hike. She fills my heart and cracks me up every single day. Happy happy birthday, P Rose.<\/p>\n

We celebrated in the morning with a party for her friends at Jumping Cholla trampoline park, and then in the evening, we celebrated with cake and Hawaiian Bros here with the fam. The Pilot was on a trip, so we Facetimed him for, \u201cHappy Birthday.”<\/p>\n

It was the perfect celebration.<\/p>\n

Moonbird!<\/a> They sent me this to try and it expands and contracts as you take deep breaths. You can use it on its own, or follow an exercise from the app. I was surprised by how much I enjoy this and what a different it makes in my stress levels. P has loved using it, too, and will ask to use it at least once a day.<\/p>\n
