Hi friends! How are you? I hope you\u2019re enjoying the morning. With Thanksgiving inching closer, I’m beginning to look forward to enjoying a couple of days with the family, eating pie, and planning our Black Friday plan of attack. \ud83d\ude09 I\u2019m also looking forward to the Thanksgiving turkey burn Peloton ride! Before I get into what’s been going on around here, I wanted to share some of my favorite last-minute Thanksgiving recipe ideas. These quick and easy Thanksgiving recipes can help minimize the stress associated with preparing Thanksgiving dinner.<\/p>\n

Last-Minute Thanksgiving Recipe Ideas<\/h2>\n

I thought I\u2019d share some last-minute Thanksgiving recipe ideas if you\u2019re trying to figure out what to make room for on your Thanksgiving table!<\/p>\n

I also wanted to share the recipe for Kyle\u2019s perfect Thanksgiving turkey<\/a>, although it’s not really last-minute. You’ll want to start brining it the night before!<\/p>\n

Now, here are some of my go-to last-minute recipes:<\/p>\n

Clean Eating Sweet Potato Casserole<\/a><\/h3>\n

Some recent adventures:<\/h4>\n

A good friend had a craft night at her house and we made the CUTEST sock gnomes<\/a>. When she posted the photo of the gnomes on the invite, I thought there was no way I\u2019d be able to make on that looked that good, but it turns out that they were super easy (<\u2014 even for the craft impaired). She had all of the supplies at her house and we had a great time making our gnomes, snacking on delicious appetizers, and drinking wine.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ll share some holly jolly decorations soon, but here\u2019s an entry table that makes me happy.<\/p>\n

The Pilot and I caught a basketball game the other night and felt right back at home, devouring our El Charro nachos and cheering for the Cats. We usually like to get a mini pack of tickets (8 games) but since his schedule is so sporadic and bananas, it didn\u2019t make sense this season. Instead, we\u2019re just hopping on tickets when we can and our team is looking pretty amazing so far!<\/p>\n

My favorite basketball date:<\/p>\n

Since we\u2019re officially in the holiday cheer, his famous nog is back:<\/p>\n

and I took the girls to see Frozen 2<\/em> at Roadhouse. I have SO MANY thoughts on it – I didn\u2019t love it nearly as much as the first but really appreciated the power ballad – but no spoilers. I will say that I\u2019m still trying to figure out why they made a Cats<\/em>\u00a0movie since it\u2019s the worst musical of all time.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re having breakfast at Kyle\u2019s house so I\u2019m bringing the necessary egg casserole<\/a>, and then in the afternoon, I\u2019m taking this salad<\/a> to my uncles.<\/p>\n
