Day Three in Madison, WI, was challenging all around. The Individual competitors pushed through three events and concluded with a fitting finale \u2014 a Husafell bag carry to the top of the Wisconsin State Capitol Building&#8217;s main steps.<\/p>\n<p>Near the start of the day, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/breakingmuscle.com\/tia-clair-toomey-2022-crossfit-season-cutting-diet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-lasso-id=\"129545\">Tia-Clair Toomey<\/a> captured the overall lead for the Women for the first time. <\/strong>She is two points ahead of <a href=\"https:\/\/breakingmuscle.com\/2022-crossfit-games-day-two-results\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-lasso-id=\"129546\">Mal O\u2019Brien<\/a>, who was at the top of the leaderboard after <a href=\"https:\/\/breakingmuscle.com\/2022-crossfit-games-day-one-results\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-lasso-id=\"129547\">Day One<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/breakingmuscle.com\/2022-crossfit-games-day-two-results\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-lasso-id=\"129548\">Day Two<\/a>. Event Seven might have been where Toomey separated herself after a second-place finish to Individual rookie Alexis Raptis.<\/p>\n<p>On the Men&#8217;s side of the affairs, Ricky Garard extended his overall lead and could soon see himself winning his first-ever Fittest Man on Earth\u00ae title.
