Yep, the day before we start our <a href=\"https:\/\/lovesweatfitness.com\/fitness\/spring-slim-down-2022\/\">Spring Slim Down Challenge<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The transition can be tough, but I want to <strong>share my secrets<\/strong> to help you adjust your routine to &#8220;spring forward&#8221; so you can <strong>feel your best<\/strong> and crush Spring Slim Down!<\/p>\n<h2>Before You Spring Forward<\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Create a Solid Night Routine:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>I start my night routine <strong>30 minutes before I want to fall asleep<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It always starts with my <a href=\"https:\/\/my.lovesweatfitness.com\/products\/slumber-party-sleep-boost\">Slumber Party Sleep Boost <\/a>which supports a healthy sleep cycle.<\/p>\n<p>Then I like to stretch, read and meditate to help calm my body and mind.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The goal is to go to sleep and wake up at the same time each day and get <strong>7-8 hours. <\/strong>It\u2019s one of the most underrated, <strong>but most important parts of seeing results!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>When you get enough sleep you will:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Reduce cravings<\/li>\n<li>Burn more calories<\/li>\n<li>Build more lean muscle<\/li>\n<li>Improve energy &amp; performance<\/li>\n<li>Reduce cortisol (stress hormone that can lead to weight gain!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/my.lovesweatfitness.com\/products\/slumber-party-sleep-boost\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/bestratefinders.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/IMG_0903-768x1024-1.jpg\" data-fslightbox=\"gallery1\"><\/a><\/figure>\n<h3><strong>Adjust Your Wake Up Time<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>I know I just said you want to wake up at the same time daily, but before we spring forward you\u2019re gonna want to wake up a little earlier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adjust your alarm 15-20 minutes earlier <\/strong>a few days before. On Saturday, set it back an additional 15-20 minutes.
