Sharing some of my favorite gift ideas for fitness and wellness enthusaists, biohackers, and *scrunchy* friends (or even yourself!) this holiday season.<\/em><\/p>\n

Hi friends! How are you? I hope that you\u2019re having an amazing week so far. It\u2019s a quick week that ends with shopping and pie – we\u2019ve got this!!<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been a busy one over here. Monday night was Liv\u2019s confirmation, so we celebrated with dinner and crazy milkshakes afterwards. The Pilot was on a trip, but I\u2019m excited that he\u2019ll be here for Thanksgiving. What do you have planned? We\u2019re going to my uncle\u2019s as usual, and then heading to Trevor and Danielle\u2019s for a bit.<\/p>\n

For today\u2019s post, I wanted to share a roundup of my favorite wellness, fitness, and biohacking gifts! This is a perfect gift for your *scrunchy* friends\u2026 or even yourself. Let\u2019s be real; the best sales of the year happen this weekend, so it\u2019s the perfect time to stock up on wellness essentials, especially if you have health-related goals as we head into the new year.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s also worth mentioning here that a lot of the things on this list are nice\/fun to have, but not essential. The most important health tools are free, like sunshine, stress management, connection, movement, and solid nutrition.<\/p>\n

Holiday Gift Guide for Wellness, Fitness, and Biohacking<\/h2>\n

Home and kitchen:<\/h3>\n

Air Doctor<\/a>. Clean air makes such a huge difference, especially during this time of the year with allergies and colds floating around.<\/p>\n

Nontoxic pots and pans. We love Caraway<\/a> and OurPlace<\/a>. Each year on Black Friday, I usually treat myself to a new OurPlace<\/a> pot or pan. Their air fryer is so cute, too!<\/p>\n

Water filter<\/a>. Clearly Filtered<\/a> is my favorite, and I also love our AquaTru under-the-sink filter.<\/p>\n

Canopy shower filter.<\/a>We noticed a difference in our skin and hair right away. The water feels softer and has zero chorline smell anymore<\/p>\n

Hatch nightlight<\/a>. It\u2019s so peaceful to wake up to gentle light and birds chirping instead of a blaring iPhone alarm.<\/p>\n

Branch Basics<\/a>. I switched to Branch Basics for pretty much everything. I also LOVE their dishwasher pods. A lot of \u201cnatural\u201d dishwasher soaps have plastic coating, and they leave little streaks and residue on the dishes. Branch Basics makes them sparkly clean.<\/p>\n

Thrive Market<\/a> or ButcherBox<\/a>. A box from either of these would be amazing. We get almost all of our meat from ButcherBox because they have wild-caught and organic options. Mold-free coffee!<\/a> The sad news is that coffee is a highly-sprayed crop, so many conventional options have pesticides, herbicides, and mold. Vibrating plate.<\/a> I don\u2019t think this is a must-have, but they do feel amazing.<\/p>\n

Tongue scraper.<\/a> A perfect stocking stuffer!<\/p>\n

Red light face mask<\/a>. I use this every morning while doing chores or multitasking. It gives my skin an amazing glow and I\u2019ve noticed a huge difference in my skin\u2019s texture.<\/p>\n

Portable red light panel<\/a> (wait until Friday!). I use this every.day and for so many reasons. For energy, focus, mood, inflammation, skin, aches and pains, muscle soreness, fevers, all the things.<\/p>\n

Blue light blocking glasses.<\/a> These ones are special because I was able to get them in my Rx!<\/p>\n

EMF blocking bag.<\/a> This is what I use at the gym and on walks, so I can use my wired heaphones but it protects my body from my cell phone.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not an exagerration to say that this certification absolutely changed my life, my business, and our family\u2019s health.
