How are you? I hope that your morning is going well. I have a podcast interview, a dentist appointment, and a discovery call this afternoon for a potential new client.<\/p>\n<p>Today, I wanted to talk about a hot topic. This has been coming up a lot in DMs, with clients, even in conversations with friends:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI feel like I\u2019m doing everything right\u2026 why do I still feel inflamed?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And I get it, because I\u2019ve been there too. And honestly have been there very recently myself, and it\u2019s annoying lol.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re eating clean, working out, taking your supplements, trying to stay on top of everything\u2026 and your body still feels off. You\u2019re Under-Fueling (Even If You\u2019re Eating \u201cHealthy\u201d)<\/h3>\n<p>This one is so common, especially for women who are motivated and disciplined.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You\u2019re eating clean, whole foods, but not enough of them.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When your body doesn\u2019t get enough fuel, it perceives that as stress. And what happens under stress?<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cortisol goes up<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Blood sugar becomes unstable<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Inflammation increases<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your body shifts into survival mode, not healing mode.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Signs this might be you:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>You feel wired and tired<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re hungry at night<\/p>\n<p>Your workouts feel harder than they should<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re not seeing results despite consistency<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sometimes the most healing thing you can do is to eat more food.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>2.
