Hi friends! Happy Friday! How are you? I hope you\u2019re enjoying the morning so far. Today, I\u2019m off to a barre class and then meeting up with a friend for lunch to talk about some exciting upcoming plans. What are you up this weekend? We\u2019re having friends over for sushi night, and I\u2019m going to start ordering the kids\u2019 uniforms and supplies for back to school. I can\u2019t believe it\u2019s less than a month away and wish it could just be summer forever. I\u2019m definitely enjoying the slower pace. I hope you have a fun and wonderful weekend ahead!<\/p>\n

Exciting news:<\/h3>\n

I finished IHP Level 2!<\/a> WAHOO! While it took me a long time to finish – I really wanted to learn and absorb as much as possible, and didn\u2019t take the course to simply pass the tests – it was so worth it, and I\u2019m honestly a little sad that it\u2019s over. It was over 100 hours of learning, and I\u2019m so pumped for this new certification and the ability to offer functional labs for my 1:1 clients (and also in the new group coaching program I\u2019m working on creating). Liv and I each got dresses from\u00a0Luisa Positano<\/a>\u00a0and they\u2019re our favorite dresses right now. They\u2019re 100% linen, made in Italy, and they have the most gorgeous prints and patterns.<\/p>\n

The leather purses in Rome are also amazing. Liv and I each picked one out from a little store in Rome. (Don\u2019t worry, P definitely got her share of Italy souvenirs.)<\/p>\n

I also have to tell you about this set! In a Facebook group, the girls were all raving about\u00a0this Free People dupe.<\/a>\u00a0I decided to order one and try it out and I loooove it. Phoenix is getting a Barrio Bread!<\/a> Get ready for the best bread of your liiiives.<\/p>\n

I saw Sound of Freedom <\/em>earlier this week with a Bible study friend, and it was incredibly powerful and well done. It\u2019s obviously a tough subject, but I feel like it was navigated well, and highly recommend it.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Fitness + good eats:<\/h3>\n

We\u2019ve been doing a community detox<\/a> this week and I forgot how great it feels. I ended up doing a modified version – didn\u2019t want to add any extra stress with the eye situation- but I\u2019ve been sleeping well, have energy, and am rekindling my love for vegetables lol.<\/p>\n

The teriyaki meatballs from the Rachel\u2019s Good Eats cookbook<\/em><\/a> were an A+. The kids loved them, too.<\/p>\n

Spiced zucchini carrot bread.<\/a>\u00a0Can\u2019t wait to try this.<\/p>\n

Go-to boba tea order: rose milk tea with almond milk and original boba. YUM.<\/p>\n
