It can be SO hard to stick with a routine, and I wanted to share some tips.<\/p>\n<p>Staying consistent with a workout routine can be challenging, especially when exercise isn&#8217;t everyone&#8217;s cup of tea. Despite the undeniable benefits of regular physical activity, finding the motivation to lace up your sneakers and GO can be a struggle. If you&#8217;ve ever grappled with incorporating exercise into your daily routine, you&#8217;re not alone. There are a million types of exercise out there, which means the perfect one for you absolutely exists.<\/p>\n<h3>Track Your Progress:<\/h3>\n<p>Keep a workout journal or use fitness apps to track your progress. Seeing improvements, no matter how small, serves as a powerful motivator and helps you stay accountable to your goals.<\/p>\n<h3>Recruit a Workout Buddy:<\/h3>\n<p>Enlist a friend or family member to join you in your fitness journey.
