Hi friends! How are you? Happy Friday to ya! What\u2019s going on this weekend? P has a basketball game, some friends are having a party, and Liv and I have a fun volunteer event. I\u2019m planning on a Sculpt Society<\/a> workout between the adventures. I hope you have a happy weekend ahead!<\/p>\n

It\u2019s time for the weekly Friday Faves party! This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love to hear about your faves, too, so please shout out something you\u2019re loving in the comments section below.<\/p>\n

We took the crew to see\u00a0Inside Out 2<\/em> and it was so good! It was better than I was expecting and we\u2019d see it again.<\/p>\n

Fitness, health, and good eats:<\/h3>\n

Olive Mush!<\/a> I was waiting for this to be back in stock and snagged it up the second it was back. I can\u2019t do regular caffinated coffee (I\u2019ve been drinking decaf for years), and this is a great coffee alternative with 100% olive leaf\/hydroxytyrosol, organic cacao, mediterranean herbs and functional mushrooms. It tastes chocolate-y and spiced (almost like a chai) and I love it with almond milk.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m a huge fan of adaptogens and functional mushrooms, and this is a great way to get in these superfoods with the benefits of olive leaf\/hydroxytyrosol. You can get yours here!<\/a><\/p>\n

Runnnnn to Costco for this meat! It has simple ingredients and is a great easy protein source. I\u2019ve had it in a wrap (Coyotas tortillas with Chosen mayo, sriracha, and leftover roasted veggies), in a Chipotle-style protein bowl, and plain.<\/p>\n

Fashion + beauty + random:<\/h3>\n

Loving this Abercrombie dress<\/a> and have worn it with sneakers and sandals. It has built-in shorts and is true to size.<\/a><\/p>\n

Did you guys see that SHEER FLATS,<\/a> like the ones with little rosettes and beads on them, are back in style? I am not ok.<\/p>\n

This is the bronzer stick<\/a> I\u2019ve been loving lately. It blends well and gives a little bit of color. It\u2019s been super windy here lately, so I\u2019ve been hiding outside. Thankful for self tanner<\/a> and bronzer sticks.<\/p>\n

Ordered these reusable water balloons<\/a> for the kids and they\u2019ve been a huge hit. They\u2019ve also enjoyed this racecar floatie.<\/a><\/p>\n
