SO many of us love peanut butter &#8211; it&#8217;s such a nostalgic food &#8211; and it can be an awesome snack staple.<\/p>\n<p>When I&#8217;m looking for peanut butter, I check for a couple of things:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It needs to be certified organic, as peanuts are a heavily-sprayed crop<\/li>\n<li>It needs to have simple ingredients, like peanuts and salt only.
