This is the truth about weight loss.<\/p>\n<h2>My Weight Loss Journey<\/h2>\n<p>When I first started out I had <strong>no clue what \u201chealthy weight loss\u201d really meant<\/strong> or how to maintain it.<\/p>\n<p>In the past I had always wanted to <strong>\u201close ten pounds this week\u201d<\/strong>, but I knew extreme diets didn\u2019t work long-term and I knew I needed to change things.<\/p>\n<p>I needed to build <a href=\"https:\/\/lovesweatfitness.com\/secrets-to-my-healthy-daily-routine\/\">healthy habits and routines <\/a>that allowed me to get results, but also just create a lifestyle I loved.
