Hi friends! Happy Friday! How was Halloween? We got back home just in time to celebrate. The fam came over, I made some tacos, and we trick-or-treated around the neighborhood. It was low key and lovely; the perfect celebration after a whirlwind of Orlando adventures.<\/p>\n

(On our cruise, 9 of us were Wizard of Oz characters. Please take a moment to appreciate the Pilot’s Lollipop Guild costume lol)<\/p>\n

I have SO much to say about the trip (the Reimagining Health Summit and our Disney cruise) and will put everything together into some recap posts next week. My plan was to finish them on the plane but I ended up sleeping all the way home! I was completely zonked.<\/p>\n

This weekend is going to be a lot of fun, too: it\u2019s the Pilot\u2019s change of command (after three years as commander, he\u2019s done!), our school auction, and a big event for National Charity League. Here we gooooo. I\u2019d love to hear what you have going on!<\/p>\n

Plucking my way through\u00a0Outlive.<\/em><\/a> It\u2019s very good, and I love how thorough it is, but it\u2019s verryyyyyy dry so far. I like when authors inject a little personality, wit or humor into their work, and this one is taking me forever. Definitely ready for some fluffy fiction after this one. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

What tattoo would you get?<\/a> I\u2019m definitely one and done over here<\/a>\u2026 and honestly regret mine a little. I like it sometimes, but also wish I could remove it for fancier events. Usually my hair hides it.<\/p>\n
