The champion bodybuilder acknowledged those not-so-subtle murmurs, noting that the &#8220;secret&#8217;s out.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Bumstead&#8217;s transition to Rambod as his coach comes on the heels of the athlete ending a partnership with fellow bodybuilder <a href=\"https:\/\/breakingmuscle.com\/2022-vancouver-pro-results\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-lasso-id=\"151741\">Iain Valliere<\/a>. Considering Rambod&#8217;s history and pedigree, Bumstead&#8217;s decision might be a wise one.<\/p>\n<p>The coach\/nutritionist has developed a reputation for being one of the best in the business. Rambod can say that thanks to a hand in helping bodybuilding legends like Phil Heath and <a href=\"https:\/\/breakingmuscle.com\/jay-cutler-masters-mr-olympia-rumors\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-lasso-id=\"151742\">Jay Cutler<\/a> capture their vast assortment of Olympia titles.<\/p>\n<p>Rambod can also boast of working with ascending stars <a href=\"https:\/\/breakingmuscle.com\/derek-lunsford-2022-mr-olympia-emotions-anxiety\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-lasso-id=\"151743\">Derek Lunsford<\/a> and perennial Olympia contender <a href=\"https:\/\/breakingmuscle.com\/hadi-choopan-looks-jacked-ahead-of-2022-mr-olympia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-lasso-id=\"151744\">Hadi Choopan<\/a>. It really hadn\u2019t.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>According to Bumstead, Rambod had reservations about starting work with Bumstead at the beginning of his formal Olympia prep, rather than having extra months in the off-season to prepare. The two seemed to ultimately come to an agreement that they&#8217;re professionals and have been around the block in terms of experience.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It\u2019s not my first rodeo, it\u2019s not (Rambod\u2019s) first rodeo,&#8221; Bumstead clarified. &#8220;We\u2019ll make it work.
