eh?\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Here\u2019s the best advice I can give you: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">treat this as your new normal, and recognize the fact that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nerdfitness.com\/blog\/healthy-eating\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">nutrition is still 90% of the health and fitness equation<\/a>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seriously. 90%.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>That means the most important thing you can do to stay in shape:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Focus on your nutrition<\/b><\/span><b>!<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s really easy for our brains to think: \u201cWell, I can\u2019t work out like I used to, who cares what I eat.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is the EXACT opposite of how we should be thinking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whether you rarely leave the house or bike to work every day, what (and how much) you eat will largely determine your overall weight.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Here\u2019s a telling story from our single day.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>You can also try \u201cexercise snacking\u201d:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> doing just a few reps of an exercise on the hour: 5 push-ups and squats every hour, for example.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Up for a real test?
